About the Role
Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Material Solutions Coordinator to be a local field resource responsible for jobsite execution, scanning materials, replenishing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the Material Solutions Team. Responsibilities
- Performs on-site scanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.
- Executes replenishment tasks, ensuring accurate stock levels and clean, organized setups.
- Monitors Min/Max levels and flags issues requiring Specialist or Manager oversight.
- Provides consistent customer interaction, resolving simple issues and escalating when needed.
- Maintains accurate documentation, including counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs.
- Supports installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory as required.
- Acts as the on-the-ground representative ensuring reliability and service consistency.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as required for the role.
- Occasional overnight travel as business needs dictate.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in learning and using job-related software and mobile applications.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with minimal desk time.
- Capable of remaining seated for extended periods of time while driving.
- Capable of performing repetitive lifting and other physical job duties on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and the capacity to work independently.
- Experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field (Preferred).
- Prior exposure to material handling, inventory management, job-site support, or field service work (Preferred).
