Support continuous improvement efforts that strengthen SPW quality practices and alignment with established quality frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
4–6 years of experience in Self-Perform Work (SPW), project management, quality assurance, quality control, construction, or a related field required.
American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification preferred.
