About the Role
As the first point of contact for guests, you will create a seamless and memorable arrival experience, delivering the warm, intuitive hospitality that defines our luxury dining experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and takes pride in delivering impeccable guest service.
Responsibilities
- Lead the reception team to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience.
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations efficiently, maximising bookings while maintaining accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with management, hosts, and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and feedback with confidence, discretion, and care.
- Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area that reflects the high standards of La Maison Ani.
- Support the development and training of the reception team while leading by example.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Senior Receptionist within a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality venue.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A natural leader with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask in a busy service environment.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
