About the Role
The Licensed Clinician/Social Work is responsible for providing clinical services to youth and families consistent with the agency's mission, vision, and values. This position offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000.
Responsibilities
- Uses evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools to complete comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for youth in care.
- Establishes medical necessity for Core and CFTSS services.
- Provides skill-building (case management) services to meet Core requirements.
- Implements clinical treatment plans by facilitating trauma-informed individual and/or family counseling sessions, and therapeutic groups.
- Provides CFTSS services according to treatment needs.
- Assists children/youth in developing skills as defined on treatment goals.
- Provides psychiatric supports to youth and families.
- Willingness to work in a Community Based position.
Requirements
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
- License Required: LMSW, LMHC, LMFT or LCSW.
- 1 – 5 years experience, depending on program.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.

- Limited Permit: Annual $67,500
- Licensed under 2 years' experience: Annual $70,000
