About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity of benefit, well-being, and employee program enrollment data by coordinating with the benefit system of record, HRIS, and vendor systems.
- Respond to data audits, daily error reports, and data correction requests, maintaining communication with subject matter experts.
- Support special projects and initiatives within the Benefits and Well-Being Department.
- Oversee daily file feeds to health, welfare, and well-being vendors, troubleshooting issues and working with vendors to resolve user-related problems.
- Create and ensure the accuracy, appropriateness, and timeliness of monthly benefit vendor invoices and administration payments.
- Respond to first-level benefit and well-being inquiries via email, IM, or phone.
- Manage the new hire enrollment process by running reports and contacting new employees to ensure timely and complete enrollment.
- Calculate missed benefit deductions for new hires and employees with qualifying events, coordinating with Corporate Payroll for retroactive deductions.
- Communicate and collect missed benefit payments for employees on and returning from leave of absence, including outreach regarding benefit termination for those exceeding 26 weeks of LOA.
- Work with third-party vendors on required dependent documentation administration.
- Provide assistance with court-ordered documents such as medical support orders, qualified domestic relations orders, local health care exchanges, and other government inquiries.
- Run reports from Paychex databases and vendor portals to track, edit, and report activity, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Familiarity with benefit enrollment systems and HRIS systems.
Experience Level
- 1 year of experience in benefit and/or employee plan experience.
Education Level
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, System Operations, Health or Wellness, Math or Finance - Preferred
Salary/Compensations
- $18.82 - $29.57 per hour
