About the Role
The Systems Associate is a highly visible role within the Systems & Security (SYSSEC) team, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming requests. The role involves a wide range of tasks, from device troubleshooting to assisting with AI integrations and contributing to company-wide infrastructure. The core of the role is ownership of the service experience, the workflow, and progressively, the platform itself. This position offers a unique career path to become an internal expert on hxOS, combining technical depth, operational credibility, and significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the front door: Triage, prioritize, route, and inform stakeholders on all SYSSEC requests, applying ITIL/ITSM principles.
- Improve the service continuously: Identify recurring issues, find root causes, and implement improvements through templates, self-serve options, and process enhancements.
- Build tools to reduce work: Develop scripts, automations, integrations, and workflows to engineer out toil and contribute to the hxOS integration layer.
- Partner with the business: Act as an internal expert on hxOS, assisting colleagues with devices, applications, and AI tools to enhance their productivity.
- Contribute to strategic delivery: Dedicate approximately 20% of the role to higher-leverage activities such as platform design, infrastructure decisions, and building technical foundations.

- AI-native: Naturally integrates AI tools into daily work for triage, documentation, and automation.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and applies feedback quickly.
