About the Role
The Deployments Operations team is responsible for the logistics and coordination that make Base installs happen on time and on schedule. This role involves managing scheduling, crew coordination, inventory flow, and communication across field, warehouse, and customer touchpoints. Joining this team means owning processes that directly impact Base's ability to scale and deliver on its mission.
Responsibilities
- Support scheduling and coordination of installation appointments across field crews and customers.
- Track inventory and equipment logistics to ensure crews have necessary resources.
- Identify bottlenecks in the deployment pipeline and propose process improvements.
- Support communication and coordination between field teams, warehouse staff, and customers.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to deployment efficiency and on-time performance.
- Contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures for new market scaling.
- Support ad hoc projects to improve the speed and reliability of the deployment process.
