About the Role
This role exists to own the CRM as a system, ensuring revenue decisions are based on trusted data and that AI automations can run effectively. You will be one of two people on the Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, owning the systems that generate the numbers.
Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot as the administrator of record, including workflows, objects and properties, lifecycle stages, list architecture, permissions, and sequences.
- Manage data flow into and out of the CRM, including integrations with the website, Gong, Aircall, billing, and the BI layer in Omni.
- Identify root causes of data issues and build recurring audits to prevent future problems.
- Develop and maintain automations using APIs, webhooks, and light scripting.
- Collaborate with the AI and Data team on data structures and field integrity for AI-driven go-to-market automations.
- Manage the RevOps request queue for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, prioritizing permanent fixes.
- Uphold data standards and communicate the downstream impact of exceptions.
- Support lead and list operations, ensuring clean data entry into the CRM.
Requirements
- Hands-on HubSpot administration experience in a revenue operations context.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or CRM operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Experience connecting a CRM to other systems via APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms.
- Ability to distinguish between systems needing redesign and those requiring a quick fix.
- Experience holding data standards and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proactive identification of system issues before they are reported.
- Experience using AI in personal work and understanding its benefits and limitations.
