You will focus on opening doors and closing net-new accounts, collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling pitches and achieve net-new revenue growth targets.

  • Lead client opportunity and pitch processes, assembling internal teams and ensuring a cohesive narrative.
  • Build credible, well-scoped proposals by understanding agency operations across media, creative, and data & analytics.
  • Partner with commercial, finance, and legal teams to develop, manage, and negotiate proposals and contracts.
  • Manage and track all prospecting activity, communications, and sales milestones in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate measurable progress against pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Partner with Growth Capability leadership to shape mid-market go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and data capability leads to ensure integrated proposals are credible and deliverable.
  • Identify new opportunities and process improvements to enhance mid-market pod efficiency.
  • Mentor or support the development of junior members of the Growth team.
  • Share learnings with all Growth team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of new-business hunting and closing net-new clients, ideally within an agency, media, or martech environment.
