About the Role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a passionate Food and Beverage Manager. The Club Room is the hub of our clubs, offering members quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment. You will manage a team within our indoor and outdoor operation, including events like BBQs and quiz nights. We foster an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team within indoor and outdoor operations.
- Manage events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights.
Requirements
- Self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service.
- Strong team player with collaboration skills.
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
