About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Client Advisor to join our Woman Department at Selfridges, London. As a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand, you will provide excellent service to every customer.
Responsibilities
- Tailor the client experience to elevate the brand's impression.
- Support sales staff performance through mentoring and ensure smooth shop floor operations.
- Promote and sell products by identifying international customers' needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain store standards according to guidelines.
- Embody and transmit company projects with passion through effective product knowledge.
- Build lasting client relationships using clienteling tools and systems.
- Monitor stock levels and support sales staff activities.
- Support basic cash operations when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in luxury retail.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to deliver a memorable client journey/ceremony.
- Proficiency in effective sales techniques with a track record of achieving targets.
- Solid understanding of store KPIs and how to drive performance.
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and refined selling approach.
- Excellent customer focus, combined with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
