About the Role
Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Hospitality Manager to join our team at London Stadium, in Stratford, East London. This role involves managing hospitality operations and guest communication for meetings and events. We are looking for a leader to motivate teams and deliver cost-effective, efficient, and quality guest service.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development of team members, and demonstrating exceptional guest service.
- Plan and support hospitality services at London Stadium with strong organisational skills and resources, ensuring guest focus in all decisions.
- Ensure budgets are met, effectively managing operating costs, and ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and processed, following up on any discrepancies.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed.
- Ensure the operation complies with current finance, payroll, purchasing, health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment, including 1 year of management.
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments.
- Experience in a 5-6* fine dining environment is preferred.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for matchdays and event days.
