Responsibilities
- Deliver quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion within established Service Level Agreements.
- Utilize systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Develop and maintain a basic working knowledge of Paychex products.
- Perform data input with strong prioritization and organization.
- Document all client interactions.
- Work mandatory overtime during peak seasons.
Requirements
- Payroll/admin support experience preferred.
