About the Role
The Oracle Fusion Cloud Manager will be responsible for the effective implementation, integration, and management of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a primary focus on the Accounts Payables, Procurement, Expenses, Tax, Cash Management and Accounts Receivables modules. This role is critical in ensuring seamless financial system integration, particularly in the context of acquisitions. The manager will collaborate with finance, IT, and external partners to ensure that financial systems and processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Payables, Procurement, Expenses, Tax, Cash Management and Accounts Receivables modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Manage the financial system integration process during acquisitions, ensuring accurate data migration and system harmonization.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define system requirements and create detailed implementation plans.
- Ensure that all financial processes and reporting requirements are accurately reflected in the system.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Cloud issues, working closely with Oracle support when needed.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Analyze current financial processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Develop and implement best practices for the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud in financial operations.
- Ensure that the financial system architecture supports scalability and future growth, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud features and recommend their adoption to enhance system capabilities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Payables, Procurement, Expenses, Tax, Cash Management and Accounts Receivables modules.
- Develop training programs specifically tailored to address changes and integration post-acquisition.
- Develop and refine control protocols for financial systems and data to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation, performance, and outcomes of 52-109 financial system controls to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
- Facilitate collaboration with the 52-109 compliance program and coordinate with both internal and external auditors to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Lead the creation, documentation, validation, and compliance efforts for new 52-109 controls, working closely with the 52-109 compliance program team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance system professionals to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to drive team excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
- Identify and address skills gaps within the team and provide training and development opportunities to support career growth.
- Manage team resources effectively to balance workload and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud or any other top ERP systems, with a strong focus on the Accounts Payables, Procurement, Expenses, Tax, Cash Management and Accounts Receivables modules.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in people management.
- Confirmed experience in leading ERP implementations and managing ongoing system maintenance.
- Strong background in financial systems and accounting principles, with experience in post-acquisition financial integration.
- Proven track record of effectively managing people, driving team performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications or any other top ERP systems, particularly Accounts Payables, Procurement, Expenses, Tax, Cash Management and Accounts Receivables.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and project management.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, speaking and writing.
- Experience with other ERP modules such as General Ledger, Intercompany, HCM or Fixed Assets.
- Experience in the finance, insurance or technology sectors.

Salary/Compensations
- 118,700 - 145,100
- 15% Annual bonus target
- Up to double the target bonus payout
- Up to 12% of salary share plan & other savings
