About the Role
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support a large-scale Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Transformation Programme. The programme is established, fast-paced, and focused on driving process simplification, automation, tooling, and data-led transformation.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex transformation workstreams within large organizations.
- Coordinate delivery activities and ensure milestones remain on track.
- Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance packs, and status reporting.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across senior business and programme leadership teams.
- Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately.
- Support programme governance and provide regular updates to sponsors and workstream leads.
- Drive actions through to completion in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex transformation workstreams within large organizations.
- Experience coordinating delivery activities and ensuring milestones remain on track.
- Experience producing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, governance packs, and status reporting.
- Experience managing stakeholder engagement across senior business and programme leadership teams.
- Experience escalating risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately.
- Experience supporting programme governance and providing regular updates to sponsors and workstream leads.
- Experience driving actions through to completion in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with technology-enabled transformation programmes.
- Experience with tool implementation projects.
- Experience with automation initiatives.
- Experience with data strategy, data governance, or reporting transformation.
- Experience working closely with technology and business stakeholders.
- Strong organization, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and executive reporting capabilities.
