About the Role
As a senior member of the DTAS team, you will work directly with Nordic HQ life sciences clients as a trusted partner, helping them navigate complex strategic, technological, and operational challenges. You will shape and deliver high-impact consulting engagements for senior stakeholders, building deep client intimacy through insight-driven dialogue, proactive partnership, and consistent delivery excellence. This role will focus on expanding our HE/HTA business, offering a high-visibility opportunity to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Act as principal owner of all client engagements, from initial conversations to understanding client needs, developing solutions, and overseeing project delivery.
- Create and elevate new business opportunities through identifying follow-on work and new opportunities with existing and new client organizations.
- Present educational and go-to-market materials about offerings internally and externally.
- Identify opportunities for selling integrated solutions (e.g., P&MA strategy, HEOR/HTA support for P&R submissions, PRO instrument advice, RWE strategy).
- Engage closely with project teams in the design, development, and delivery of projects, ensuring the utilization of full IQVIA capabilities.
- Establish a culture of excellence and ensure delivery of accurate, high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and inclusivity among project teams.
- Remain current on industry, client, and competitive trends to anticipate and identify new business challenges.
- Lead thought leadership and firm-building initiatives to raise IQVIA's industry profile (e.g., speaking engagements, client meetings, publications).
- Mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise to elevate capabilities for delivering world-class solutions.
- Lead ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment, training, and development.
- Serve as a development lead to 3-4 staff.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries with a focus on HTA or HEOR.
- Proven ability to build relationships, identify client pain points, and develop custom solutions targeted at HE/HTA stakeholders in Nordic life sciences.
- A track record of driving HQ/global deals, aligned with suitable offerings development experience.
- An established network of contacts in the pharmaceutical industry and payers.
- A high degree of understanding of the processes underpinning payer evaluation and the factors and drivers impacting product development.
- Deep commercial awareness of the healthcare, health technology, and pharmaceutical industries, gained through experience.
- Demonstrated experience in market needs assessments and value proposition development.
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, tailoring messages to target audiences with the gravitas to build relationships and sell services.
- Maintains a constant focus on industry, client, and competitive trends in the life sciences industry, applying this knowledge to both active client engagements and business/client development activities.
- Applies an analytical approach to solving problems and reaching logical conclusions, gathering information from various sources and quickly understanding it.
- Works effectively with complicated, conflicting, or ambiguous information, identifying underlying patterns and causes.
- Ability to speak clearly and fluently, demonstrating a logical, structured approach, adapting to the needs of the situation and audience, ensuring strong two-way communication.
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly, adapting style and content to meet the demands of the situation and audience.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, using well-structured, logical arguments and avoiding unnecessary technical or complex language.
- Considers the flow of money and resources through an organization, seeking to achieve commercial objectives such as profitability to ensure competitiveness and success.

- Able to work from Copenhagen and well connected with strategic HTA/ HE decision making in Medicon Valley.
