About the Role
As an AI UX Designer at Kyndryl, you will lead design activities that connect insight, imagination, and execution for the next era of computing. You will define mental models and interaction patterns for seamless human-AI collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research to uncover pain points in the human-AI relationship and create journey maps.
- Design dynamic interaction patterns that handle AI latency, ambiguity, and error states gracefully.
- Lead workshops and usability tests to balance desirability with feasibility.
- Design critical hand-off moments where an agent needs human validation.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive intelligence in AI experiences.
- Maintain a strong perspective on how agentic AI drives human-centered design.
- Use clear storytelling to inspire alignment across the full design lifecycle.
Requirements
- UX/experience design or a related field with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation-studio projects.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability testing methods.
- Comfortable facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients.
- Experience working with developers/product managers to translate research into delivery.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
