About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution and continuous monitoring of EPI’s Growth Plan across all markets and use cases
- Design and maintain a common growth-planning framework, including market sizing methodologies, growth levers and KPI frameworks
- Monitor strategic performance indicators and identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions
- Coordinate the preparation and evolution of EPI’s business plan and long-term strategic outlook
- Develop strategic recommendations for the Management Team and translate analysis into clear executive materials
- Support strategic studies related to corporate development and business expansion opportunities
- Prepare high-impact materials for EPI’s Board of Directors and senior governance forums
- Manage external advisors supporting activities within the scope of the role.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (Associate, Project Leader, or Engagement Manager level)
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); French, German, Dutch, or other European languages are a plus
- Thrive in a remote-first, multicultural environment
- Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development, with a proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and board-level audiences
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, combined with excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in payments, banking, fintech, digital platforms, or other regulated industries
- Exposure to M&A, valuation, corporate finance, or broader strategic transactions
- International experience working across multicultural environments.
