About the Role
Join Mondelēz International's Finance Graduate - Taste The Future Program, a three-year scheme designed to develop future leaders through a blend of formal training and on-the-job experience. This program offers a holistic understanding of the business and supports professional development, including gaining a professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
Responsibilities
- Work across the Finance team in real roles to gain breadth and depth of knowledge.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations teams.
- Engage in Financial Control, Accounting, and Projects.
- Be flexible and mobile across UK sites for different roles during the 3-year scheme.
Requirements
- Confidence to try new and challenging experiences.
- Enthusiasm for learning and eagerness to reach new heights.
- Proactivity, problem-solving skills, agility, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to stand alone, deal with ambiguity, and approach difficult problems.
- Strong interest in FMCG.
- Mobility to relocate domestically and/or internationally for different roles.
- Must already have the right to work in the UK.
- Applicants requiring sponsorship cannot be considered as the position does not meet Skilled Worker visa requirements.
