About the Role
Premier Truck Group is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to join their team. This role focuses on delivering parts safely and efficiently, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Parts as per Warehouse Supervisor directions, in a safe & timely manner
- Process and maintain appropriate paperwork coinciding with delivery transaction
- Effectively communicate delivery issues to all levels, customers, drivers, and management for resolution
- Promote a strong relationship between the company & the customer; must have good interaction with our customers & drivers
- Exercise responsibility for the maintenance of delivery vehicle and maintain insurable driving record
- Meet commitments to customers
- Participate & contribute to the achievement of team goals, as well as other departments within the dealership
- Maintain company customer service standards while exceeding our customers expectations
- Maintain company vehicle; Daily Vehicle inspections (logged and recorded on Vehicle Inspection Sheets)
- Any other duties as delegated by Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements
- A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
- Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- License - G
- Must maintain an insurable driving record.
