About the Role
Join the Institutional Client Account Management team in Tokyo, Japan as a Working Student. You will support client account management activities, contribute to projects, and gain understanding of institutional client servicing and business operations. Daily office attendance is required, with a minimum of four hours per day, and full-day availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the Institutional CAM team in delivering professional, timely, and accurate service to institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with day-to-day coordination of institutional client requests, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and internal communication.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze client data, reports, presentation materials, and tracking tools to support account management activities.
- Contribute to institutional business initiatives, including client presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), request-for-proposal (RFP) responses, and various ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program with relevant coursework or work experience preferred.
- Interest in financial markets, asset management, and institutional client servicing.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
