About the Role
A growing creative agency seeks a Junior Event Producer to support the delivery of live events, activations, and shoots. This hands-on role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual eager to learn quickly, managing planning, logistics, supplier coordination, and onsite delivery. The role also involves managing a storage unit, preparing materials, and overseeing deliveries, offering broad production experience and skill development in a fast-paced agency setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist producers with planning, scheduling, logistics, and onsite event delivery.
- Coordinate with freelancers, creators, suppliers, and talent.
- Manage production administration, including trackers, call sheets, budgets, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
- Organize stock, receive deliveries, and prepare materials from the storage unit.
- Provide onsite support for installations, live events, de-rigs, and guest/talent coordination.
- Conduct creative research for venues, suppliers, and project references.
- Maintain organized agency folders and contribute to improving workflows.
Requirements
