About the Role

Join our Global Banking & Markets team as an Analyst within Global Loan Syndications (GLS) and Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT) Coverage. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical financing expertise with direct exposure to corporates in the dynamic TMT sector, partnering with colleagues globally. You will gain significant responsibility from day one, playing an integral role in originating, structuring, underwriting, and executing transactions for leading companies.

Responsibilities

Support the origination, underwriting, and execution of syndicated loan transactions across primary and secondary markets.
Analyze market developments, pricing trends, and investor appetite to drive transaction strategy and client solutions.
Build and maintain loan market databases, market intelligence, and league table analysis.
Support the agency business through management of lender websites, syndicate communications, and ongoing client servicing.
Work closely with senior bankers, product partners, and global teams on cross-border financing opportunities.
Partner with teams across Europe and North America to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Monitor economic, regulatory, and market developments impacting loan markets and the broader financing environment.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high performance.

Requirements
