About the Role
As our Training & Communications Visual Designer, you'll help turn complex processes, system changes, and operational concepts into visual experiences that make things click. A portion of your work will be short-form video and multimedia, but your canvas is broader than that: motion graphics, process visuals, infographics, job aids, digital content, and sometimes a solution we haven't thought of yet. You'll work across projects big and small, partner with people who bring different expertise to the table, and have the freedom to ask, "Is there a better way to do this?" Most importantly, the work you create won't sit on a shelf. It will reach thousands of employees across our Fulfillment Network and help make learning, change, and everyday work a little easier to navigate.
