About the Role
This position will provide Electrical Engineering systems support and development to customer-funded programs within the Exquisite Imaging Solutions business unit. Our products serve government, civil, and commercial customers by enhancing information superiority, contributing to national security, and providing actionable data for protection of property and human life. We specialize in high-reliability space-based imaging payloads and end-to-end systems.
Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems and subsystems from customers or internal specifications.
- Create and maintain electrical circuit designs working with cross discipline teams.
- Support electronics designs from concept through test and verification.
- Participate and contribute in technical reviews.
- Lead teams and project designs.
Requirements
- Experience with deriving specifications.
- Experience with DOORs, SPICE, MathCAD, Matlab, Simulink, and MentorGraphics tools.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read specifications and requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong ability to make technically sound architecture decisions to guide development.
- Experience with Analog, Power and/or Digital Design Skills including worst-case analysis.
- Experience with test and debugging skills.
- Hold Secret or Top Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Problem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome difficult technical challenges.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
