About the Role
Wide World BMW is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to assist customers through the automobile purchase process, utilizing a state-of-the-art CRM system to sell luxury automobiles.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and sales assistance, consistently achieving sales goals.
- Establish and meet personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards.
- Follow up on sales leads.
- Negotiate prices with customers.
- Collaborate with sales managers to meet sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auto inventory, features, condition, and warranty status.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring understanding of operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests.
- Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to optimize time utilization and planning.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrate features.
- Accompany guests on test drives.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel, highlighting service quality and efficiency.
- Assist guests with leasing and financing options.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Social Media.
- Ability to meet dealership sales quota standards.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
- Strong, positive work ethic and interest in a long-term position.
