About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented real estate paralegal to join our real estate team. You will handle all aspects of real estate transactions, from initial contract through closing.
Responsibilities
- Assess and prepare contracts, calendar deadlines, and manage files through and after closing.
- Facilitate communication with clients, real estate agents, and other law offices.
- Conduct occasional research and distribute real estate documents.
- Analyze title documents and legal descriptions of property, when necessary.
- Answer client questions and escalate serious concerns.
- Prepare and submit accurate legal documents in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a real estate paralegal.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate documents.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
