About the Role
As a Product Manager on the Mobile team, you will serve as the bridge between engineering, design, and field technicians. You will manage sprint cycles, translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements, and prioritize features to ensure a high-quality mobile experience, including navigation, data loading, and offline synchronization.
Responsibilities
- Drive sprint cadence including grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clear, well-scoped tickets and manage daily prioritization of bugs and tasks.
- Own release notes and feature announcements for mobile products.
- Gather feedback through direct meetings with customers and field technicians.
- Identify and escalate engineering blockers to maintain execution momentum.
- Align release scope with the broader product roadmap in partnership with engineering leads.
- Develop technical fluency in mobile fundamentals like navigation, data loading, and offline sync.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management or equivalent experience in engineering, QA, or technical program management.
- Experience shipping software products.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in agile execution.
- Clear written communication skills for documentation and announcements.
- Ability to translate open-ended customer feedback into actionable tickets.
- Genuine curiosity regarding mobile app architecture and performance.
- Bias toward action and iterative development.

- Raleigh: $115,000 - $140,000 base + annual bonus
- LA/SF: $118,000 - $147,000 base + annual bonus
- Toronto: 100,000 - 125,000 CAD base + annual bonus
