About the Role
We are a busy, fast-paced breakfast and lunch restaurant seeking an energetic, dependable, and quick-thinking individual. The ideal candidate is attentive, learns quickly, and can proactively identify and address needs within the team. This role involves working on a busy food line, handling multiple orders, and interacting with customers in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Be trained to work different areas of the line, including building sandwiches and bagel orders.
- Work alongside the grill team during busy breakfast service.
- Prepare and restock ingredients throughout the shift.
- Read tickets and manage order flow.
- Assist guests and take orders.
- Package completed orders.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized stations.
- Assist other stations as needed.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with lines out the door.
- Must be a quick learner capable of being trained on multiple stations.
- Must be able to multitask and stay organized while working quickly.
- Must be attentive and able to identify tasks without constant direction.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and willingness to help the team.
- Must be comfortable working on a busy food line and handling multiple orders.
- Must be friendly and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to assist wherever needed.
- Must be able to take direction and work well as part of a team.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Early morning availability is required.
