About the Role
As a Senior Digital Product Owner, you will support the delivery of Client Reporting services, focusing on the strategic development and delivery of corporate client reporting products across various channels. This role drives the evolution of account, balance, and transaction reporting services, including industry migration to ISO 20022, client experience improvements, and reporting platform transformation.
Responsibilities
- Provide SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, covering features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks, and compliance.
- Identify market trends, new features, regulatory requirements, and potential risks.
- Analyze sales figures and customer feedback to support product development.
- Communicate key findings to stakeholders to improve product offerings.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide guidance on product usage.
- Present product advantages and features to potential customers.
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge.
- Participate in events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase the product.
- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.
- Plan resources, budgets, and policies.
- Manage and maintain policies and processes.

Requirements
- Typically gained over 5-10+ years of experience within Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Treasury Services, Corporate Banking, Payments, or Information Services.
- Track record of delivering solutions that support client and business outcomes.
- Experience operating in an Agile product environment.
- Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including corporate treasurers, financial institutions, ERP providers, Treasury Management System vendors, and internal delivery teams.
- Experience shaping product strategy and translating complex client, regulatory, and market requirements into clear product outcomes.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across business, technology, and client groups.
