About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative in London, you will be a customer-facing ambassador for our brands, building strong relationships across a diverse range of On Trade outlets including pubs, bars, restaurants, and hotels. You'll work closely with your team to grow distribution and drive sales through a right brand, right outlet approach. Managing your own territory and diary, you'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, develop customer partnerships, and deliver against sales and distribution targets.

Responsibilities

  • The role is customer facing and field-based.
  • Visiting all types of On Trade outlets, each with a slightly different need and opportunity.
  • Supporting the team to grow the distribution of our brands, working on a right brand right outlet principle.
  • Meeting set objectives while having the flexibility to identify opportunities and manage your own diary.

Requirements

  • Must live in London.
  • Background in sales or demonstrable relationship building skills.
  • Credibility and relationship building skills to build outstanding relationships with all customers.
  • Well-developed numeracy skills.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • Enthusiasm for brilliant brands.
