About the Role
Manning Global is recruiting for a Lead Data Scientist on behalf of a blue-chip international client to join their organization in France. This role involves leading data science initiatives and contributing to AI community development.
Responsibilities
- Lead data scientist with advanced data science expertise.
- Oversee Hubgrade Smart Apps delivery, including Smart-Membranes and Smart Clarification.
- Serve as the Digital Factory AI community lead, focusing on discovery, sharing best practices, and aligning practices and frameworks for ML Development and MLOps.
- Act as the AI Act referent.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
- English and French language proficiency at B2-C1 level.
Skills
- Comprehensive AI knowledge including mathematical and statistical ML models, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and GenAI.
- Cloud architecting.
- Data engineering.
- MLOps.
- Strong understanding of water processes (RO, desal, UF, ...).
- Strong communication skills.
- Agility.
- Ability to convince.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and distributed environment.
