About the Role
Join the leading performance-driven advertising company as a commercially minded, relationship-oriented Account Manager in London. You will manage a diverse book of business, optimize performance, and uncover new opportunities to grow revenue for small and mid-sized publisher partners across France. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to maximize value from Taboola’s platform and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and nurture strategic partnerships within the region as part of the SMB team.
- Understand client KPIs and develop plans to achieve them.
- Monitor and analyze metrics, proactively improving results.
- Act as an expert on Taboola’s platform and its publisher benefits.
- Comprehend technology, revenue ecosystem, and client needs to identify upsell opportunities.
- Communicate client business intelligence to the product management team for new product development.
Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in French.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- 2-3 years of minimum client-facing experience, preferably in digital media or online advertising.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with digital publishers (bonus).
- Business level proficiency in an additional European language (bonus).
