About the Role
Join the PARIS/64 team at our flagship store located at 465 Broadway, where providing exquisite customer service will be the key to success. You will have the opportunity to be part of the history we are creating.
Responsibilities
- Convey the PARIS/64 universe, dazzling each customer in a respectful and friendly manner to convert interactions into sales.
- Greet customers warmly, reflecting the brand's values and providing an unforgettable experience with personalized advice.
- Encourage cross-selling by informing customers about different options within product lines.
- Manage cash and perform basic tasks to maintain product condition for sale.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring correct document and cash transfers.
- Report store information daily and update the customer database for future sales.
- Ensure shop maintenance by assisting with organization and inventory tasks.
- Open and close the shop, paying attention to lighting, visual display, stock levels, and managing telephone inquiries.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a luxury fashion boutique, preferably in the leather handbag sector.
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Proactivity, rigor, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and resilience to manage high boutique traffic.
- Availability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends.
- Ability to start immediately.
