About the Role
The HelloFresh People Operations Team is seeking a Payroll Manager to leverage expert knowledge in payroll within a rapidly expanding company. This role is strategically important within the People Team, requiring an open ear for employee questions, independent task organization, and support for internal team projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure monthly payroll using the Accurat HCM system with the payroll team.
- Maintain data quality through plausibility analyses, evaluations, and comparisons.
- Create statistics related to payroll data.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in payroll projects.
- Participate in monthly and annual financial statements.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Review and develop current payroll processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in payroll.
- Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and conscientiously.
- Very good knowledge of Excel.
- General affinity for new systems and tools.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
