About the Role
Veeam is seeking a Senior C# Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365. This role involves supervising a team, analyzing business requirements, developing new backend product features, estimating efforts, making technical decisions, leading code reviews, and ensuring a positive team atmosphere. The position is crucial for accelerating safe AI at scale by ensuring data and AI are understood, secured, and resilient.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
- Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team
- Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend
- Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity
- Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team
- Make technical decisions
- Lead and involve others into code reviews
- Ensure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivation
- Communicate with the project’s stakeholders
- Establish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retro
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development in commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibility
- Result-oriented, proactive approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Technical mindset with great attention to details
- Good communication skills
- English proficiency level sufficient to communicate with international teams
