For over 30 years, our teams have been planning and realizing technical systems for all types of buildings, including laboratories, hospitals, and research facilities. New developments in construction and technology constantly challenge us. Responsibilities
- Independent coordination, monitoring, and quality control of HVAC trades on the construction site
- Control and monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality during the execution phase
- Creation, maintenance, and tracking of schedules and monitoring of construction progress
- Conducting VOB-compliant correspondence
- Creation of quality assurance and construction site reports using digital project management tools (e.g., PlanRadar)
- Documentation of the construction process through daily construction reports
- Checking measurements and controlling invoices and change orders
- Carrying out and accompanying acceptance procedures according to VOB
- Tracking and documenting defects during the construction and warranty phase
- Competent point of contact for clients, specialist planners, executing companies, and other project participants
Requirements
- Completed degree in sanitary engineering, building technology, energy and building technology, or technical building equipment (TGA) with a focus on HVAC
- Alternatively, further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman in the fields of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, or sanitary technology
- Several years of professional experience in site supervision, construction supervision, or construction management of HVAC systems are desirable
- Sound knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and relevant technical regulations
- Confident use of MS Office and industry-specific software such as PlanRadar, AVA ORCA, or comparable applications
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- High communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Driver's license class B
