About the Role
Healey Brothers Ford is seeking an experienced, positive, and energetic automotive Lot Attendant/Porter to join our sales department team. This role is crucial for maintaining the dealership lot and preparing vehicles for service.
Responsibilities
- Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoices.
- Inspect cars to detect damage.
- Verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
- Record descriptions of damages and list missing items on delivery receipts.
- Park new cars in the assigned area.
- Maximize the use of space and maintain the dealership lot.
- Prepare vehicles for service by protecting interiors, making key tags, and driving vehicles from service lanes to service stalls.
- Keep the sales area clean and free of debris.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to operate in a team environment.
- Must follow instructions from the department manager.
Skills
- Dealership knowledge is a plus.
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
