Responsibilities

Lead systems analysis efforts for the creation of an investment management platform, including troubleshooting, reporting, and team alignment.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and continuous product improvement.
Organize consultation meetings and contribute to requirements gathering, solution development, and testing.
Capture organizational needs and communicate them clearly in an easily accessible format.
Participate in setting team objectives and desired outcomes, aligning initiatives with overall organizational goals.
Support testing of enhancements and coordinate issue resolution with vendors.
Collaborate with business units to define and implement effective testing strategies.
Define and validate internal requirements for various software enhancements to meet evolving organizational needs.
Guide development teams to ensure their solutions meet internal expectations and compliance standards.
Produce clear, comprehensive, usable, and contextually appropriate documentation.
Resolve issues related to financial transactions and plan for continuous reporting improvements.
Present issues to vendors and support product owners in managing cross-functional expectations.
Provide expert analysis of challenges in investment data consistency and reporting.
Collaborate with IT architects to support strategic planning and roadmap development.
Assist functional units in understanding root causes and recommend viable solutions.
Adapt and refine Agile practices and systems analysis methods to the Corporation's culture and governance.
Promote best practices in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution implementation.
Collaborate with the Digital Finance and Investment team, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders towards a common goal.
Build, maintain, and strengthen positive relationships with individuals within immediate sphere of responsibility or elsewhere, and with external contacts; anticipate and assess their needs to satisfy all parties while managing expectations.
Anticipate, prepare for, and manage change effectively; create an open and receptive work environment.
Support internal subject matter experts in user acceptance testing and organizational readiness activities.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
At least seven years of experience in systems analysis, with at least five years in user story writing and requirements management in Azure DevOps or a similar tool.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, technical integrations, project lifecycles, and large-scale program implementation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate organizational needs into functional requirements.
Experience working with financial systems, lending or underwriting applications, and modernizing legacy platforms.
Good understanding of financial services (banking, financing, investment, risk management) and corporate reporting processes.
Proven ability to work independently in a complex environment with limited documentation, including organizing workshops and creating visual aids (e.g., Miro, Mural).
Candidates must meet government security requirements.
