About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of high-tech vehicles, either in the workshop or at customer sites, after intensive training.
Responsibilities
- Prepare service assignments in a structured manner, check work orders, and gather necessary spare parts and testing equipment.
- Independently perform standardized maintenance and inspection work on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
- Replace wear parts and operating fluids according to manufacturer specifications.
- Systematically identify faults using checklists and escalate highly complex errors to technical support.
- Document work results, performed tests, and working hours meticulously in the digital system.
- Transparently inform customers on-site about the work performed and any follow-up measures.
Requirements
- Completed training as a vehicle mechatronics technician, commercial vehicle mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, or alternatively as an industrial mechanic, industrial fitter, construction machinery mechatronics technician, or two-wheeler mechatronics technician.
- High technical aptitude in mechanics, hydraulics, and vehicle electrics.
- IT affinity for the secure use of digital workshop orders (tablet/app).
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written).
- Valid driver's license class B.
- Physical resilience and an independent, reliable work ethic.
