About the Role
We are looking for Senior Software Engineers to help build essential products for small businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, owning projects from conception to production and continuous improvement. This role is for proactive engineers who understand problems, challenge approaches, and prioritize quality and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building robust, scalable solutions in .Net/C#, taking full ownership of the SDLC from concept through to production
- Playing an active role in architectural decisions and technical direction
- Working closely with Product and QA, bringing technical perspective early and often
- Writing unit and integration tests and maintaining high code quality standards
- Communicating clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex engineering decisions into business context
- Mentoring and supporting engineers, raising the standard of the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .Net and SQL Server
- React and Typescript are a strong plus
- Demonstrated ownership, judgment, and ability to operate with ambiguity
- Strong testing practices across unit and integration testing
- Broad engineering knowledge beyond core stack, with depth and curiosity from solving hard problems in complex, distributed systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with team, Product, and wider business
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Proactive, direct, and ability to make people around them better
