About the Role
As a Manager in Finance Transformation, you will support renowned clients in the financial services industry with their digital transformation. You will leverage your expertise in overall bank management and financial architectures to provide technological solutions for regulatory challenges. Together with clients, you will define sustainable business models and how they can be optimally implemented in accounting, regulatory reporting, controlling, and more. You will also develop innovative data and analysis models, identify suitable software solutions, and oversee their implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead your project team to success by closely collaborating with clients and colleagues, and coordinating your team.
- Take responsibility for the technical conception and independently develop topics further, driving them to market readiness.
- Utilize your creativity to question traditional finance transformation methods, find innovative approaches, and implement them successfully.
Requirements
- Experience in finance transformation projects or implementation of overall bank management systems in banks, potentially including project leadership.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of HGB/IFRS or regulatory requirements for banks.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with strong presentation abilities.
- Ideally, familiarity with SAP banking solutions (e.g., SAP FSDM, SAP FPSL) and reporting systems.
- Passion for innovative financial solutions and practical experience in implementation projects.
