About the Role
As a housekeeping staff member, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that children, adolescents, and employees feel comfortable in our facilities and that daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and organization of meals for children, adolescents, and employees
- Support with storage and economic planning of food and household items
- Management and organization of the household budget
- Cleaning of group rooms, kitchen, and other housekeeping areas
- Execution and documentation of hygiene and temperature controls according to the hygiene plan
- Washing, drying, folding, and post-processing of laundry
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the housekeeping area
Requirements
- Knowledge and practical skills in housekeeping
- Knowledge or instruction according to the Infection Protection Act
- Enjoyment of work and interaction with children and adolescents
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Diligence and an eye for order and cleanliness
- Independent and structured way of working
- Empathy and social competence
- Tolerance, open-mindedness, and respectful interaction with different life paths
