About the Role
SinglePoint is seeking dedicated Financial Service and Collections Representatives who exemplify professionalism, responsibility, and goal-orientation. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions with a strong focus on exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency, prioritizing customer care above all else. Responsibilities
- Receive inbound and make outbound customer calls regarding past due accounts and facilitate payment arrangements to bring accounts to a current balance
- Handle each call with a high level of professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied
- Resolve customer account discrepancies
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
Requirements
- Must be available to start on October 2, 2026
- Must be available to work flexible shifts
- Must be available to work any 5 consecutive days based on provided schedule options
- Must be available to work shifts starting at either 12:00 PM EST or 3:15 PM EST
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Banking or collections experience is an asset
- Commitment and willingness to learn and grow within the business
- One year of experience working in a high volume call centre environment is an asset
