- Advise on complex client matters relevant to your specialism, such as HMRC enquiries, tribunal litigation, alternative dispute resolution, or settlement negotiations.
- Take ownership of portfolio management, including resource utilisation and recovery across your client base.
- Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions within the WTS Global network on cross-border projects.
- Lead pitches and help win new opportunities for the firm.
- Coach and develop Senior Managers, and build succession plans within your team.
- Champion technology-enabled ways of working, using AI and digital tools to enhance delivery across your business area.
- Contribute to business unit leadership, potentially leading a service line, sector, or region.
Requirements

- Extensive experience in tax disputes, litigation or tax compliance, gained in practice or industry.
- Deep technical expertise in HMRC enquiries, tribunal litigation and dispute resolution, with a track record of resolving complex matters.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, practical advice for senior stakeholders.
