About the Role
As a Bartender within Chelsea Football Club's premium hospitality areas, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional matchday and event experiences at one of the most iconic venues in sport. You'll prepare and serve a range of premium beverages while providing outstanding guest service, helping to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium beverages, including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, and hot beverages, to consistently high quality and presentation standards.
- Deliver engaging, knowledgeable, and personalised service, creating positive interactions that enhance the guest experience throughout matchdays and events.
- Recommend beverages and hospitality offerings with confidence, using strong product knowledge to maximise guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised, well-stocked, and immaculate bar environment while adhering to all food safety, hygiene, licensing, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house, kitchen, and hospitality teams to deliver seamless service and uphold the premium standards expected at Chelsea Football Club.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender within premium hospitality, hotels, restaurants, stadiums, sports venues, events, or corporate hospitality environments.
- Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service.
- A confident and personable approach, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume matchday environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and professionalism.
- A reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and special events.
