About the Role
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. The UK Mission Operations team manages customer accounts, develops, plans, and deploys Anduril products to support military missions, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure operational success and product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products, including planning and execution of Maritime Sentry hardware and software.
- Train end users and ensure high performance of deployed products.
- Collaborate with product teams to address customer-reported issues and improve user experience.
- Grow business through customer success by building trust-based partnerships and identifying future opportunities.
- Articulate Anduril's value proposition to customers at executive and end-user levels.
- Shape products to meet mission needs by understanding customer challenges and working with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations teams.
- Ensure all internal parties are engaged and informed for successful product deployment.
Requirements

- Experience with project management tools and systems.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.K. Secret security clearance.
- Travel up to 50%.
- PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
- Prior military or contracting experience can be helpful.
