About the Role
As a Project Manager in our Austin, TX sales office, you will manage projects from conceptual design ideas through manufacturing to final distribution, supporting the Sales Manager. We seek highly motivated, energetic, and friendly individuals who understand that communication and organization are keys to success in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn the internal ordering platform and requirements for order entry.
- Gain a thorough understanding of multiple manufacturing processes.
- Perform data analysis and reporting for your team.
- Interact daily with clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers to build long-term business relationships.
- Identify areas for improvement within processes and procedures.
- Drive best practices through feedback to partners and clients, and receive feedback.
- Oversee daily requests from the Sales Manager, Office Manager, and Clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred with 3+ years of experience.
- Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience.
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification highly preferred.
- Experience working in a sales and service, corporate, or PMO environment.
- 10% travel is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with PM Software (Planner, Trello, SmartSheet, Monday.com) highly preferred.
- Background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management highly preferred.
