About the Role

The Areal Group Wealth Management GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Financing Manager to develop and structure financing concepts for real estate investments, analyze financial needs, and manage financing processes. This role offers direct involvement in investment and financing decisions within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Development and structuring of financing concepts for real estate investments
Analysis of financing needs, debt service capacity, and relevant economic key figures
Preparation, compilation, and submission of complete financing documents
Communication and negotiation with banks and other financing partners
Review and comparison of financing offers and conditions
Accompanying financing processes through to completion
Support of management in financing decisions
Management of existing financings and ongoing banking relationships
Close coordination with internal departments regarding acquisitions, existing properties, and project developments
Active use of AI applications to support daily work
Participation in the further development of prompts and AI-supported workflows, as well as identification of new use cases
Technical review and quality assurance of AI-generated results

Requirements

Completed training as a bank clerk or equivalent qualification
Studies with an economic or financial focus or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in real estate financing, ideally in commercial real estate business
Good understanding of financing structures and economic contexts
Confident handling of numbers and the ability to structure complex issues
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Professional and reliable demeanor towards banks and business partners
Independent, meticulous, and structured way of working
High sense of responsibility and discretion
