About the Role
The CRM Executive will be planning and implementing multi-channel CRM activity across the reader lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement multi-channel campaigns such as acquisition, in-life, upsell/cross-sell, renewal, winback
- Deliver multi-channel and measurable customer campaigns and journeys
- Presenting plans and activity performance to a broad range of stakeholders, taking part in team and cross functional meetings
Requirements
- Experience of building campaigns using a CRM tool (ideally Braze but not essential)
- Experience of marketing performance tracking, analysis and reporting
- Experience in audience-centric, data-driven marketing
- Experience of executing activity across email, but other channels would be a bonus

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum salary for any full-time role is £30,000 per annum. Salary ranges are dependent on skills and experience.
